As a young child, I had a knowing I was here to serve others in a spiritually organic way. I have always been a truth seeker – hungry for information and knowledge about what our purpose is as human beings on this planet. There was a light within me that was always calling its way to shine through me.

My truth seeking led me to begin studying metaphysics, philosophy, spiritual psychology, mysticism, Buddhist psychology, and Energy, Energy, Energy! I have been a student of New Thought/Ancient Wisdom for over four decades along with being a long time meditator and yoga practitioner. During my studies, I began to realize that only when I transformed myself could I help others in their own personal transformation and therein helping to transform our world.

My transformational journey has included studying with teachers from around the world as well as in my own backyard, vision quests and pilgrimages, including walking the (Camino de Santiago in Spain). I have both formal studies and experiential learning.

In 2013, I had an accident which left me with two broken ankles and a broken leg. Through this physical and spiritual brokenness, I began to feel the sweet tenderness of grace. During this time of vulnerability, I learned self-forgiveness, self-acceptance and deep unconditional love for myself and others. With this also came a deep realization that we are all ONE. What I've discovered are profound practices that give us the ability to experience deep connection and Oneness, within ourselves with our Divine Source, and also deep connection with all sentient beings and our planet.

Through the years, life has presented several opportunities for transformation, some of which came from deep emotional and physical suffering. In these opportunities I had a choice to shut down or open more fully. The Light within called me to deepen my trust and faith and for this I am grateful. I am honored to serve in this sacred work.

BY THE GRACE...A HEALING PLACE

The universe as a whole is a harmonious whole made up of vibrations and energy. The vibrations of a high energy site vary in both time and space. A high-Vibrational place of energy is a sacred space where one can contact the positive vibrations emanating at the same time from Cosmos and the Earth.

By The Grace, is such a place of high energy, enfolding those in her space with peace and healing. Representing the collective "higher self" frequencies of your microcosmic body and energetic field, one is lifted into alignment and awareness of "True Source Energy."
